| dc.description.abstract | Práce pojednává o rizicích v projektech. Rizika jsou často opomíjenou součástí projektů, kterými by se podniky měly více zabývat. Z toho důvodu je v této práci rozebrán jeden konkrétní projekt. V praxi je následně detailně zkoumán a jsou zde vytyčena rizika, která by se na něm mohla objevit. Ta jsou dále kvantifikována konkrétními číselnými hodnotami, navrhnuta opatření, aby podnik, pokud možno, vůbec nepostihla a přepočítána. Z textu vyplývá, že uvedený podnik má oblast řízení rizik dobře řešenou a vymyká se tak v současnosti očekávaným standardům. Tato popsaná a kvantitativně vyjádřená rizika pak může využít při svém dalším působení na dalších projektech. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is focused on project risk management. In project management the risks are often neglected and the companies should deal with them more. For that reason the thesis contains analysis of one particular project. In practice the project is examined in detail and there are also identified risks related to it. These risks are further quantified by specific values, there are also suggested measures to avoid them and then the risks are recalculated. The text implies that the company has its risk management well managed and it is surpassing expected standards. The company can take advantage of the described and quantitatively expressed risks in another projects. | en |
