dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty společnosti ZPA Industry, a.s. V první části je obecný popis společnosti. Ve druhé části je zpracována strategická analýza zahrnující analýzu externího a interního prostředí včetně finanční analýzy. Ve třetí části je zpracován finanční plán společnosti na období 2019-2021. Čtvrtá část je věnována analýze rizik. Pátá část se věnuje finanční analýze plánovaného období. V šesté části je výpočet průměrných vážených nákladů kapitálu. V poslední části je proveden výpočet ekonomické přidané hodnoty a stanovení tržní hodnoty podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the theses is to value the ZPA Industry, a.s. company. In the first section, a general description of the company has been given. In the second section, a strategic analysis has been provided, including the analysis of the external and internal environment and financial analysis. In the third section, the financial plan of the company has been prepared for the period of 2019-2021. The fourth part has been dedicated to a risk analysis. The fifth part has been devoted to the financial analysis of the forecasted period. In the sixth part, the weighted average of the cost of capital has been calculated. In the last part, a calculation of the added value and market value has been determined.en
