dc.description.abstractVŠKP se zabývá vývojem pojmu součásti věci jako objektu občanskoprávních vztahů, především z pohledu změny právních předpisů na území České republiky od přijetí obecného zákoníku občanského (ABGB) až do současnosti. Na praktických příkladech je ukazováno, jak se měnil obsah pojmu součásti, a jak se v důsledku změny právní úpravy změnila součást věci v samostatnou věc a zase zpět. VKŠP obsahuje analýzu založenou na interpretaci judikatury a právních norem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work is about development of the part of the thing as object of civil law relations, especially from the perspective of changes of legislation on the territory if the Czech republic from adoption The General Civil Code to the present days. Using practical examples is shown how the content of the term has changed. How it happened, that the part of the matter was separate thing and vice versa, as a result of a change in legislation. The work contains the analysis based on the interpretation of case law and legal norms. In the end of this work we can found comparation of both terms - part of the thing and the accesory and their interrelation.en
