| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na problematiku dopadů pandemie koronaviru na stravovací služby a vybrané poskytovatele stravovacích služeb v ČR. Cílem práce je zhodnotit dopady pandemie koronaviru na konkrétní podnikatelské subjekty v oblasti stravovacích služeb. Dílčím cílem práce je zjistit názory vybraných podniků na budoucnost stravovacích služeb v ČR. Práce je rozdělená do šesti kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na charakteristiku cestovního ruchu, druhů a forem cestovního ruchu a ekonomických přínosů cestovního ruchu pro ČR. Druhá kapitola je zaměřená na služby cestovního ruchu a stravovací služby. Třetí kapitola popisuje problematiku pandemie koronaviru, šíření nemoci COVID-19 na území ČR, přijatá vládní opatření a dotační programy. Ve čtvrté kapitole je popsaná metodika praktické části práce. Pátá kapitola je zaměřená na dopady pandemie koronaviru na obor stravovacích služeb v ČR a konkrétní podnikatelské subjekty v oblasti stravovacích služeb. Poslední kapitola shrnuje získané poznatky. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is focused on the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on catering services and selected businesses providers of catering services in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effects of the coronavirus pandemic on specific businesses in the field of catering services. Another aim of the thesis is to find out from selected companies the opinion on the future of catering services in the Czech Republic. This thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter focuses on the characteristics of tourism, types and forms of tourism and economic benefits of tourism for the Czech Republic. The second chapter is focused on tourism and catering services. The third chapter describes the issue of the coronavirus pandemic, the spread of the COVID-19 disease in the Czech Republic, government measures and subsidy programs. The fourth chapter describes the methodology of the practical part of the thesis. The fifth chapter focuses on the effects of the coronavirus pandemic on the field of catering services in the Czech Republic and specific business entities in the field of catering services.
