dc.description.abstractPředmětem diplomové práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu na založení vybraného nového podniku. Teoretické kapitoly se věnují vymezení základních informací o podnikání, analýz externího a interního prostředí, struktuře a obsahu podnikatelského plánu. Teoretické informace slouží jako podklad pro vypracování části praktické. V rámci prakticky zaměřených kapitol je představen vybraný podnik, jsou provedeny analýzy externího a interního prostředí, stanoveny strategie. Tyto dílčí analýzy slouží jako podklady pro zpracování podnikatelského plánu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of the thesis is the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of a selected new company. Theoretical chapters are devoted to the definition of basic information about the business, analysis of external and internal environment, structure and content of the business plan. The theoretical information serves as a basis for the development of the practical part. Within the practical chapters, the selected company is introduced, analyses of the external and internal environment are performed, and strategies are determined. These sub-analyses serve as a basis for the elaboration of the business plan.en
