dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou adaptace osob s demencí na prostředí domova se zvláštním režimem Domova Harmonie, centra sociálních služeb Mirošov. Základním výzkumným cílem je sledování a analýza procesu adaptace klienta, a to v prvních patnácti dnech od nástupu do domova se zvláštním režimem. Práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku demence, sociálních služeb určených osobám s demencí a zejména na problematiku adaptace. V praktické části uvozené kapitolou Metodologie prováděného výzkumu je čtenář seznámen s konceptem výzkumného šetření. Jako výzkumné metody byly zvoleny analýza dokumentů, pozorování, polostrukturovaný rozhovor a test MMSE. Výzkumným šetřením byly zjištěny podnětné informace, které by mohly přispět ke kvalitnějšímu poskytování sociálních služeb nejen v Domově Harmonie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented dissertation is concerned with issues of adaptation of persons with dementia to the environment with special regime of Home of Harmony, center of social services Mirošov. The basic research goal is observation and analysis of the client adaptation process in the first 15 days after his arrival to this home with special regime. The dissertation is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the issues of dementia, social services to dedicated persons with dementia and mainly the issues of adaptation. The practical part starts with a chapter entitled The methodology of the research where the concept of research is introduced to the reader. The document analysis, observation, semi-structured interwiev and MMSE test were chosen as the research methods. There were found inspiring information during the research process which can help to improve the quality of social services not only in the Home of Harmony.en
