dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá řízením lidských zdrojů ve vybrané firmě ANEXIA s.r.o. Cílem je popsat systém řízení lidských zdrojů a zanalyzovat jednotlivé personální činnosti ve společnosti. Dále na základě informací získaných z uskutečněné analýzy a dotazníkového šetření doporučit společnosti návrhy na zlepšení řízení lidských zdrojů. V teoretické části této práce se nachází definice jednotlivých pojmů a poznatků z odborné literatury. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku společnosti ANEXIA s.r.o., zhodnocení současného stavu řízení lidských zdrojů a interpretaci výsledků dotazníkového šetření včetně možných návrhů na zlepšení současného stavu. K napsání bakalářské práce byla využita odborná literatura, vlastní zkušenost ze zaměstnání ve společnosti a informace od majitele firmy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with human resources management in the selected company ANEXIA s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to describe the human resources management system and analyze individual personnel activities in the company. Based on the information obtained from the analysis and questionnaire survey, recommend to the company proposals for improving human resource management. In the theoretical part of this thesis there is a definition of individual terms and opinions from the literature. The practical part contains the characteristics of the company ANEXIA s.r.o., evaluation of the current state of human resources management and interpretation of the results of the questionnaire survey, including possible suggestions for improving the current situation. Professional literature, own experience from working in the company and information from the owner of the company were used to write the bachelor's thesis.en
