| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce stanovuje několik dílčích cílů, mezi které patří: vymezení farmaceutického trhu a lékové politiky včetně jejích aktérů, popis cenové regulace léčiv, tvorby ceny léku a doplatků pacientů za léky, definování nákladů a výnosů jak v celém zdravotnictví, tak i soukromých vydání, nákladů a výnosů zdravotních pojišťoven a v oblasti léčiv zejména objemu a spotřebě a vyčlenění návrhů a optimalizace lékové politiky prostřednictvím reforem. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat a vymezit základní aspekty a problémy farmaceutického trhu v České republice s důrazem na jeho financování. | cs |
