dc.description.abstractPráce se věnuje souběhu trestných činů a jeho trestání. V úvodu práce je stručně vymezena historie mnohosti trestné činnosti. Dále vymezuji pojmy recidiva a tzv. nepravá recidiva, a odlišuji je od souběhu trestných činů. Dále se v práci zabývám druhy souběhů trestných činů a účinky souběhu. Velkou část tvoří kapitola, věnující se trestání souběhu, v které se nejdříve zabývám zásadami trestání a dále zejména vymezuji trest úhrnný a souhrnný. Závěr práce je věnován porovnání souběhu trestných činů se slovenskou úpravou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThesis deals with the simultaneity of crimes and sentencing for simultaneous crimes. The introduction briefly describes the history of multiplicity of crimes. In the following chapter, there is defined recidivism and "false" recidivism, and explained the differences between these cases and simultaneity of crimes. Further there are described the individual types of simultaneity of crimes and it´s effects. A substantial part of the thesis concentrates on sentencing for simultaneous crimes and then it is describing concurrent sentence and aggregate sentence. In the conclusion, there is compared the Czech and Slovak concepts of simultaneity of crimes.en
