dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na postavení oběti v trestním řízení z perspektivy viktimologie, zejména ve vztahu k násilné a mravnostní trestné činnosti. Teoretická část práce vymezuje klíčové pojmy, formy viktimizace (primární, sekundární, terciární a reviktimizace) a právní rámec ochrany obětí. Pozornost je věnována také psychologickým aspektům viktimizace a možnostem prevence sekundárního zraňování. Praktická část se opírá o analýzu vybraných soudních rozhodnutí a rozhovor s příslušníkem Policie ČR, který se v rámci své praxe setkává s oběťmi trestných činů. Práce poukazuje na přetrvávající nedostatky v systému ochrany obětí a akcentuje význam citlivého přístupu všech aktérů trestního řízení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on the application of victimology in criminal proceedings, particularly in cases involving violent and sexual offenses. It explores the position of the victim in both substantive and procedural criminal law and highlights the importance of a victim-centered approach within the justice system. Special attention is paid to various forms of victimization (primary, secondary, tertiary, and revictimization) and to psychological consequences for victims throughout the criminal process. The thesis includes an analysis of selected court decisions (murder, grievous bodily harm, rape, and abuse within a shared household) and a qualitative interview with a member of the Police of the Czech Republic. It also emphasizes the role of psychological support, expert examination, and the principles of restorative justice as means of improving the treatment of victims and minimizing the risk of further harm.en
