dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na nezaměstnanost v Ústeckém kraji v posledních letech. Hlavním cílem práce bylo se blíže seznámit s vývojem nezaměstnanosti v Ústeckém kraji, a najít příčiny a důsledky nezaměstnanosti v kraji. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, v té první se nachází teoretická rešerše pojmů týkajících se nezaměstnanosti, trhu práce a politiky nezaměstnanosti. K vypracování této části byla použita odborná literatura a informace poskytované Úřadem práce České republiky. Druhá část obsahuje analýzu nezaměstnanosti Ústeckého kraje a jejího vývoje napříč sledovaným obdobím 2017-2021. Zde se nachází průběh vývoje nezaměstnanosti v České republice a v Ústeckém kraji, struktura uchazečů o zaměstnání, analýza ohrožených oblastí v kraji a faktorů ovlivňujících míru nezaměstnanosti v kraji. Z těchto informací jsou v další části určeny příčiny a dopady nezaměstnanosti v Ústeckém kraji. Závěr práce obsahuje doporučení autora, která by mohla pomoci s dopady nezaměstnanosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis focuses on unemployment in the Ústí nad Labem region in recent years. The main aim of the thesis was to get acquainted with the development of unemplyment in the Ústí nad Labem region and to find the causes and consequences of unemployment in the region. The thesis is divided into two main parts, the first one contains a theoretical research of concepts related to unemployment policy. For this part, the literature and information provided by the Labour Office of the Czech Republic were used. The second part contains an analysis of unemployment in the Ústí nad Labem region and its development across the period 2017-2021. Here you can find the course of unemployment in the Czech Republic and in Ústí nad Labem Region, the structure of job seekers, analysis of threatened areas in the region and factors affecting the uneployment rate in this region. From this information, the causes and impacts of unemployment in the Ústí nad Labem region are identified in the next section. The thesis concludes with the author's recommendations that could help with the impacts of unemployment in the region.en
