dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení podnikatelské činnosti vybrané firmy ZS Komorno, a.s. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy související s podnikem a jeho okolím, marketingovým mixem, SWOT analýzou, informačním a materiálovým tokem v rámci logistiky podniku. Praktická část vychází z praktických informací a věnuje se Zemědělské společnosti Komorno a. s. Pozornost je věnována SWOT analýze a marketingovému mixu společnosti, kde jsou popsány čtyři složky podniku produkt, cena, distribuce a marketingová komunikace. Další část analyzuje materiálové a informační toky společnosti. V poslední části bakalářské práce jsou uvedené návrhy a doporučení ke zlepšení pozice zemědělské společnosti Komorno, a.s. na trhu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of ZS Komorno PLC enterprise. Basic terms related to the company and its surroundings, marketing mix, SWOT analysis, information and material flow in terms of logistics are described in the theoretical part of the paper. The practical part is based on the theoretical knowledge of ZS Komorno PLC. The main focus is on SWOT analysis and marketing mix of the company, where the four parts of a company are described product, price, distribution and marketing communication. Material and information flow are described in the following part of the paper. The final part of the bachelor thesis deals with improvement proposals and recommendations that are supposed to improve the position of ZS Komorno PLC in the market.en
