dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů a výnosů ve vybrané společnosti MAGNA Seating Pilsen. Zprvu byla provedena rešerše tuzemské i zahraniční odborné literatury související s vybraným tématem práce, tedy náklady, výnosy a s vybranými nástroji finanční analýzy a produktivity práce. Dále se teoretická část zaobírá problematikou pandemie covid-19. Praktická část začíná představením vybraného podnikatelského subjektu a jeho předmětu podnikání. Následuje kapitola o jednotlivých provedených analýzách za období 2016-2022, tedy v době před i v průběhu pandemie covid-19. Na základě provedených analýz a rozhovoru byly posouzeny dopady koronavirové krize. Na závěr byla navrhnuta doporučení, která by mohla vést ke zlepšené a optimalizaci nákladů a výnosů ve společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of costs and revenues in a selected company MAGNA Seating Pilsen. At first, a search of domestic and foreign literature related to the selected topic of the thesis, i.e. costs, revenues and selected tools of financial analysis and labour productivity was carried out. Next, the theoretical part deals with the issue of the covid-19 pandemic. The practical part starts with the introduction of the selected business entity and its business activities. This is followed by a chapter on the individual analyses carried out for the period 2016-2022, i.e. before and during the covid-19 pandemic. The impacts of the coronavirus crisis were evaluated on the basis of the analyses and the interview. Finally, recommendations were proposed that could lead to improvement and optimization of costs and revenues in the company.en
