dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na výběr a inovaci vhodného procesu ve zvolené firmě. Jsou následně uvedeny důvody inovace a je popsán postup implementace inovace a finanční i nefinanční přínosy projektu. V teoretické části práce je vysvětlena problematika managementu inovací. Je zde popsána krátká historie inovací, jejich definice, dělení, přínosy, omezení, zdroje a charakteristika inovativního podniku. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány projektovému managementu, procesnímu řízení a cirkulární ekonomice, jejichž pochopení je důležité pro praktickou část této práce a samotný projekt inovace. V praktické části je charakterizována společnost, pro kterou je zpracován návrh projektu, popsán proces, navrženo řešení inovace, uvedena příprava projektového týmu, rozpočtu, zdrojů a časového harmonogramu projektu. Na závěr je uvedeno hodnocení dané inovace a náměty pro další inovace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Master's Thesis focuses on the selection and innovation of a suitable process in the selected company. There are listed reasons, why innovate this process. Furthermore are described the process of implementing the innovation, and financial (even non-financial) benefits of this project. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the concept of innovation management. It describes a short history of innovations, their definition, types, benefits, limitations, resources and characteristics of an innovative company. The next chapters focus on project management, process management and circular economy. Understanding these concepts is important for the practical part of the thesis and the innovation project itself. The practical part characterizes the company for which the project is prepared. It describes the process, innovation proposal, the project team, the budget, resources and the time schedule. At the end are presented the evaluation of innovation and suggestions for further innovations in the company.en
