dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce pojednává o neziskových organizacích v České republice. Vymezuje jejich legislativní základ, charakterizuje jejich klíčové znaky, uvádí jejich členění a typické způsoby financování. Dále se zaměřuje na účetní a daňové zvláštnosti neziskových organizací. V praktické části je provedena finanční analýza studentské organizace AIESEC Plzeň, které byla vybrána na základě několikaletého autorova působení jako člena této organizace. Pomocí ukazatelů likvidity, aktivity, samostatnosti financování a autarkie byly vypočítány dílčí výstupy, které byly shrnuty a zhodnoceny pomocí modelu BAMF. Následně byla provedena interpretace výsledků a navržena některá opatření pro zlepšení hospodaření organizace v budoucnosti. Takto získané závěry budou následně předány zástupcům organizace a použity pro plánování budoucího hospodaření organizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis deals with nonprofit organizations in the Czech Republic. It defines their legislative basis, describes their key features, introduces their division and typical ways of funding. It also focuses on the accounting and tax specifics of non-profit organizations. In the practical part, financial analysis of student organisation AIESEC Plzeň is performed. This organization was selected on the basis of author's several years working in this organization as a member. Partial results were achieved by calculation of financial ratios of liquidity, activity, financial self-sustainability and autarchy. These partial results were sumarized and evaluated by model BAMF. Subsequently, an interpretation of results was made and some suggestions of economy improvement of this organization were proposed for future management plan. These suggestions will be forwarded to representatives of organization and used for economy planning of next years.en
