dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá tématem onboardingu, konkrétně pak návrhem optimalizace procesu onboardingu ve vybraném podniku. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat nastavený onboardingový proces, zjistit, jak je vnímán zaměstnanci výrobního oddělení a na základě zjištěných skutečností navrhnout optimalizaci tohoto procesu. Práce je členěna do dvou hlavních částí. První část je zpracována na základě literární rešerše a představuje zvolené téma onboardingu, onboardingový plán a jeho náležitosti a věnuje se vzdělávacím metodám, které lze při onboardingu využít. Druhá část se věnuje představení vybraného podniku, popisu onboardingového procesu v podniku, představení výzkumného šetření a prezentaci jeho výsledků. Na základě zjištění vyplývajících z výzkumného šetření byly formulovány návrhy optimalizace procesu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the topic of onboarding, specifically the proposal to optimize the onboarding process in a selected company. The main goal of this work is to describe the set onboarding process, to find out how it is perceived by the employees of the production department and, based on the facts found, to propose the optimization of this process. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part is elaborated on the basis of literature research and presents the chosen topic of onboarding, the onboarding plan and its requirements, and is devoted to educational methods that can be used during onboarding. The second part is dedicated to the introduction of the selected company, description of the onboarding process in the company, presentation of the research investigation and presentation of its results. On the basis of the findings resulting from the research investigation, proposals for optimizing the process were formulated.en
