dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce na téma "Udržitelnost a odpovědnost v marketingu destinace cestovního ruchu" je zaměřena na analýzu strategických dokumentů Jihočeské centrály cestovního ruchu s názvem Koncepce rozvoje cestovního ruchu Jihočeského kraje 2021-2030 a jejích příloh. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. Teoretická část práce obsahuje literární rešerši týkající se udržitelného a odpovědného cestovního ruchu, vlivů cestovního ruchu na různá prostředí či udržitelnost cestovního ruchu v destinaci. Na základě teoretických poznatků jsou vymezeny indikátory udržitelného cestovního ruchu, na které navazuje zpracování praktické části práce. Praktická část práce představuje analýzu zmíněných dokumentů na základě vymezených indikátorů. V závěru práce jsou navržena doporučení, kterým částem dokumentů by bylo ze strany Jihočeské centrály cestovního ruchu potřeba věnovat větší pozornost z hlediska udržitelného a odpovědného cestovního ruchu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Master's thesis on "Sustainability and Responsibility in Tourism Destination Marketing" focuses on the analysis of the strategic documents of the South Bohemian Tourism Centre called the Concept of Tourism Development of the South Bohemian Region 2021-2030 and its attachments. The Master's thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part of the thesis includes a literature search on sustainable and responsible tourism, the effects of tourism on different environments or the sustainability of tourism in a destination. Based on the theoretical knowledge, indicators of sustainable tourism are defined, which are followed by the elaboration of the practical part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis presents an analysis of the mentioned documents on the basis of the defined indicators. In the conclusion of the thesis, recommendations are proposed on which parts of the documents should be given more attention by the South Bohemia Tourism Centre in terms of sustainable and responsible tourism.en
