dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce pojednává o komparaci finančních podpor pro rodiny s dětmi ve třech sousedních státech, resp. v České republice, na Slovensku a v Polsku s ohledem na problematiku nízké porodnosti. V teoretické části se zmiňuje o vývoji rodiny a popisuje modely sociálního státu. V praktické části charakterizuje jednotlivé vybrané druhy přímé a nepřímé finanční podpory v porovnávaných státech, jejich podmínky nároku a výši. Následně demonstruje popsané dávky na třech modelových rodinách. Za modelové rodiny byly zvoleny tyto - manželský pár s jedním dítětem, manželský pár se třemi dětmi a matka samoživitelka vychovávající dvojčata. Závěrečné shrnutí řešené problematiky hodnotí kladné a záporné stránky v celkovém nastavení pro-rodinných opatření ve zvolených státech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with comparison financial support for families with children in three neighbour states, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. This comparison is with respect to low birth rate in the last years. The first is theoretical part, in this part the work describes family development and shows models of welfare states. In practical part it defines individual chosen types of direct financial and indirect financial support for every state separately, their conditions of claim and their amount. Then it demonstrates them on three model families. The model families are married couple with one child, then married couple with three children and the last is single mother caring for identical twins. Final summary evaluates positive and negative points of family measure in selected states.en
