dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s řízením rizik v projektech. V teoretické části je popsán teoretický základ projektového managementu s hlavním cílem přiblížit proces řízení rizik. V praktické části je přiblížena vybraná společnost a její projekt. Hlavní částí práce je identifikování rizik konkrétního projektu, ohodnocení těchto rizik a návrh vhodných protiopatření. Výstupem řízení rizik v projektech je registr rizik.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe purpose of this bachelor thesis is to introduce project risk management. The theoretical part describes the theoretical basis of project management. The main objective is to describe the process of the project risk management. In the practical part is introduced the selected company and its project. The main objective of this part is to identify potential risks of the selected project, evaluate the risks and propose the reaction on identified of the risks. The outcome of the project risk management is the risk register.en
