dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je v teoretické části zaměřena na charakteristiku vývojových psychosociálních a motorických zvláštností dětí předškolního věku a představuje specifika tzv. dětského aerobiku. Teoretická i praktická část práce provázaně sleduje možnosti implementace prvků aerobiku do pohybových aktivit dětí předškolního věku, jimiž je možno podporovat nejrůznější didaktické cíle na úrovni vzdělávání MŠ, zejména rozvoj motorických schopností a dovedností, ale také bázi senzomotorického a pojmového učení. V praktické části budou obsaženy mnou realizované pohybové sestavy a skladby s kroky aerobiku, které byly využity ve cvičebních (učebních) jednotkách v mateřské škole, popř. v pohybových blocích.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is focused on psychosocial and motor development of the preschoolers. It introduces the specifics of aerobic exercises for children. The theoretical and practical part of the thesis interconnects the possibilities of implementation of aerobics elements into physical activities of preschoolers. By the implementation of these activities various didactic goals at the level of preschool education can be reached. The use of these aerobics exercises can mostly support the development of motor skills and abilities. However, it can also be aimed to support the sensorimotor and conceptual learning. In the practical part of this thesis will be included movement sest and compositions including aerobic elements that were used during exercise (teaching) units in the kindergarten, eventually during motion blocks.en
