dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je vyhotověna na téma "Vznik a zánik obce". V práci je uveden popis obce, právní důvody vzniku a zániku obce, příklady vzniku a zániku obce, výhody a nevýhody vzniku a zániku obce. Dále porovnání právní úpravy v oblasti vzniku a zániku obce, nález Ústavního soudu ve věci vzniku nové obce a v poslední řadě úloha přípravného výboru při konání místního referedna.cs

The work describes community, the legal grounds for the creation and destruction of the village, examples of creation and destruction of the village, the advantages and disadvantages of the creation and destruction of the village. Furthermore, comparison of legislation in the field of creation and destruction of the village, the Constitutional Court in the case of a new municipality and last task of the Preparatory Committee at local referendum.en
