| dc.description.abstract | Sportovní právo (jakožto soubor skutečných právních norem) by nemělo být chápáno jako samostatné odvětví práva; ani v České republice a pravděpodobně ani obecně. Je však užitečné uznávat jeho existenci (i pojem) jak v oblasti výzkumu, tak v pedagogickém procesu. Na těchto dvou platformách sportovní právo zahrnuje nejen skutečné právní normy, ale též ohromný okruh norem mimoprávních (tvořících tzv. autonomní sportovní právo). | cs |

Nevertheless, it is useful to acknowledge its existence (and its notion) both in the area of research, as well as in the educational process.
