dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na katastr nemovitostí a analýzu zapisovaných práv. Cílem této práce je rozbor jednotlivých zápisů a procesní postup katastru nemovitostí. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí, v první části je definován pojem katastru nemovitostí a historie. Druhá část práce se zabývá konkrétně vkladem, třetí část je zaměřena na zápis odvozených práv, procesní postup a kontrolu náležitostí pro zápis a čtvrtá část je zaměřena na poslední zápis, a to poznámku, kterou se evidují významné informace k zapsaným nemovitostem, osobám nebo oprávněným. Záměrem práce je definovat pojem katastr nemovitostí, rozdělit a přesně specifikovat jednotlivé zápisy a procesní postup úřadu. Poukázat na specifika zákona o katastru nemovitostí a vymezit odlišnosti od správního řádu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedDiploma thesis focuses on the Land Register and analysis registration of rights. The aim of this thesis is to come up with the analysis of individual registrations and the procedure approach of the land register. The thesis is divided into four parts, in the first part, there is defined the concept of land register and its history. The second part of the thesis deals specifically with the deposit, the third part focuses on the registration of derived rights, the procedural approach and the control of the registration requirements and the fourth part is focused on the last entry, a note registering significant information on registered real estate, persons or beneficiaries. The aim of the thesis is to define the concept of land register, to divide and specify precisely the individual registrations and procedural approach of the Land Register. Point out the specifics of the Land Register Act and define differences from the Administrative Procedure Code.en
