| dc.description.abstract | Práce je zaměřena na analýzu nabídky služeb cestovního ruchu na Tachovsku, výzkum kvality nabízených služeb v oblasti informačních služeb a návrh nových produktů. V úvodu je práce zaměřena na problematiku cestovního ruchu a služeb cestovního ruchu. Další částí práce je charakteristika regionu Tachovsko z hlediska služeb cestovního ruchu, dále výzkum kvality nabízených služeb v Informačních centrech regionu a SWOT analýza regionu. Poslední částí práce je marketingový mix a návrh nových produktů v podobě pobytů pro dvě cílové skupiny. | cs |
