dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou služeb cestovního ruchu na Nepomucku s cílem navrhnout opatření ve zlepšení nabídky těchto služeb v regionu. Teoretická část práce představuje úvod do problematiky cestovního ruchu a zejména služeb cestovního ruchu, kde jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy související s tématem. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na základní charakteristiku a popis služeb cestovního ruchu v mikroregionu Nepomucko. Pro analýzu služeb cestovního ruchu a jejich spokojenosti v dané oblasti byla vybrána metoda dotazníkového šetření. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje konkrétní návrhy zlepšujících opatření ve službách cestovního ruchu, které byly učiněny v návaznosti na předchozí části práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of presented bachelor thesis is dedicated to analysis of tourism services in Nepomuk region with the aim to suggest steps for improving the service offer in the region. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the issue of tourism and tourism services in particular, it explains basic terms related to the theme of the thesis. The practical part focuses on the basic characteristics and description of tourism services in Nepomuk region. The method of questionnaire survey was selected for the analysis of tourism services and their satisfaction in the given area. The final part of the thesis consists of the specific suggestions for improving the level of tourism services, which were made in the connection with the previous part of the thesis.en
