| dc.description.abstract | Předložená bakalářská práce ve své rešeršní části charakterizuje obec jako základní jednotku územní samosprávy. Zaměřuje se na charakteristiku obecního rozpočtu, jeho jednotlivých příjmů a výdajů a celý rozpočtový proces. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu rozpočtů obce Nevřeň plánovaných pro roky 2010 až 2012. Nejprve jsou popsány jednotlivé položky rozpočtu obce Nevřeň a následně je provedena meziroční analýza a srovnání plánovaných příjmů a výdajů v jednotlivých sledovaných letech. Práce je doplněna mnoha přehlednými obrázky a tabulkami. V závěru práce je zhodnoceno saldo plánovaných rozpočtů a navržena možnost ke zvýšení obecních příjmů a možné nové investice do rozvoje obce. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | At first defines this bachelor´s thesis a municipality as the basic unit of the regional selfgovernment. The thesis characterizes a municipal budget,its incomes and outlays and budgetary process of the municipalities. The second part of this thesis analyses the incomes and outlays of the budgets in municipality Nevřeň in 2010 2012. In the thesis are described the individual items of the budget and is performed a comparison of the incomes and outlays in years 2010 2012. There are lots of well arranged charts, graphs and pictures in the thesis. Finally are evaluated the balances of the budgets and suggested the possibilities of the increase in the incomes of the municipality and the new investments in the development of village Nevřeň. | en |
