dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu a zhodnocení toho, zda je možné podnikatelský nápad zrealizovat, či nikoliv. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy spojené s problematikou podnikání, podnikatelského plánu a živnosti. Teoretické pojmy jsou nezbytné pro vypracování praktické části. V Praktické části je zhotoven podnikatelský plán pro nově vytvořenou živnost These moments. Součástí podnikatelského plánu je analýza trhu, marketingový plán, obchodní plán, finanční plán a hodnocení rizik. Následně bylo zhodnoceno, zda by bylo přínosné danou živnost založit. Na základě zjištěných dat bylo rozhodnuto, že živnost bude pravděpodobně po prvním roce podnikání výdělečná a bude schopna se dlouhodobě udržet na trhu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this bachelor thesis is to compile a business plan and evaluate whether it is possible to implement a business idea or not. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the concepts associated with the issues of business, business plan and trade. Theoretical concepts are necessary for the elaboration of the practical part. In the Practical part, a business plan for the newly created trade These moments are made. The business plan includes market analysis, marketing plan, business plan, financial plan, and risk assessment. Subsequently, it was evaluated whether it would be beneficial to establish the trade. Based on the data obtained, it was decided that the trade will probably be profitable after the first year of business and will be able to stay on the market in the long run.en
