dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na strategické řízení podniku. Tématem práce je analýza výkonnosti strategického plánu společnosti Š+H Bohunice, s.r.o. pro období 2014 2016. Na začátku je představena společnost a její strategický plán, který sestává z určení poslání, vize a dlouhodobých cílů včetně strategií pro jejich dosažení. Je provedena analýza pro určení vlivu externího a interního prostředí. Následně je vytvořen střednědobý strategický finanční plán jako podklad pro hodnocení výkonnosti. Další část práce je věnována analýze rizik, která mohou ovlivnit strategický plán. Následuje hodnocení výkonnosti strategického plánu a určení dispozic pro implementaci strategického plánu v organizaci. Polední kapitola sumarizuje zjištěné výsledky a doporučení. Práce může ve společnosti Š+H Bohunice, s.r.o. sloužit jako reálný podklad pro strategické plánování.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented thesis is focused on the strategic management in a company. The topic of the thesis is the performance analysis of the strategic plan in the company Š+H Bohunice, s.r.o. for the period 2014 2016. At the beginning the company and the strategic plan are presented. The strategic plan consists of the mission definition, the vision definition and long-term objectives of the company including strategies to achieve them. The analysis of external and internal factors follows. Further the middle-term strategic financial plan is created as a base for efficiency analysis. Next part of the thesis describes analysis of risks that can affect the strategic plan. Then the performance analysis of the strategic plan and evaluation of company's dispositions for the implementation of the strategic plan follows. The last chapter of the thesis summarizes the results and recommendations. This thesis can be used as a real base for strategy planning in the company Š+H Bohunice, s.r.o.en
