dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti SIPRAL, a. s. na základě zjištěných výsledků provedené finanční analýzy a navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části a je členěna do pěti kapitol. Teoretická část specifikuje finanční analýzu, její účel a cíl, dále pojednává o uživatelích a zdrojích finanční analýzy. Poté jsou popsány jednotlivé metody finanční analýzy. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnosti SIPRAL, a. s., dále je provedena finanční analýza na základě účetních výkazů za období 2011-2014. Finanční analýza se skládá z analýzy absolutních, rozdílových, poměrových a souhrnných ukazatelů. Vybrané ukazatele jsou srovnávány s hodnotami ukazatelů v odvětví. Závěrem práce je celkové zhodnocení výsledků finanční analýzy a závěrečná doporučení pro zlepšení situace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is to evaluate financial situation of the selected company SIPRAL a.s. based on ascertained results of performed financial analysis and to suggest arrangements for improvement as well. The thesis consists of the theoretical and practical part and it is segmented into five chapters. In the theoretical part there is a specification of financial analysis, it´s purpose and aim and a treatise on financial analysis users and sources. Afterwards there are described individual methods of financial analysis. In the practical part there is initially presented the company SIPRAL a.s. and also there is performed financial analysis based on financial statements during 2011-2014. The financial analysis is consisted in analysis of absolute, differential, ratio and aggregate indexes. The selected indexes are compared with value in branch. The final part includes evaluation of financial analysis results and suggestions for their improvement.en
