| dc.description.abstract | Spolčovací právo garantuje sdružování fyzických, ale i právnických osob, vytvářet spolky, společnosti a další sdružení. Jedná se o právo politické, které právní úprava může vymezit v širším či užším smyslu a může stanovit či upravit podmínky vzniku spolku, jeho činnosti či jeho rozpuštění atd. Předmětem tohoto článku je právní úprava spolkového práva v období první Československé republiky, týkající se zejména činnosti spolku a problematiky rozpuštění spolku. | cs |
