| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na interní komunikaci ve vybrané neziskové organizaci. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na komunikaci jako proces dorozumívání a na interní komunikaci. V této části byly vysvětleny základní pojmy. V praktické části byla představena vybraná nezisková organizace, ve které proběhla analýza interní komunikace. Data potřebná k analýze a zhodnocení stávající úrovně interní komunikace byla získána empirickým šetřením za pomoci dotazníku. Získaná data byla podkladem pro návrh opatření pro zlepšení interní komunikace organizace. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis focuses on internal communication in a selected non-profit organization. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on communication as a process of communication and on internal communication. In this part the basic concepts have been explained. In the practical part, a selected non-profit organization in which the analysis of internal communication was carried out was presented. The data needed to analyze and evaluate the current level of internal communication was obtained through an empirical investigation using a questionnaire. The data obtained was the basis for proposing measures to improve the internal communication of the organization. | en |
