| dc.description.abstract | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá aktivitami a financováním vybrané neziskové organizace. Teoretická část definuje termíny "nezisková organizace" a "příspěvková organizace". Také popisuje v obecné rovině strukturu a financování škol v ČR. Praktická část je zaměřena na Základní školu a Mateřskou školu Dalovice. Tato část uvádí charakteristiky příspěvkové organizace, aktivity konané touto organizací a analýzu hospodaření této organizace v průběhu sledovaného období. V závěru dochází ke shrnutí výsledků a navržení konkrétních doporučení vyplývajících z finanční analýzy. | cs |

The theoretical part defines the terms "nonprofit organization" and "semi-budgetary organization". It also describes in general the structure and funding of schools in the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on the Elementary School and Nursery school of Dalovice. It presents characteristics of this semi-budgetary organization, activities held by this organization and an analysis of the organization's economy during the monitored period of time.
