dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce na téma Činnosti distribučního centra se zabývá analýzou činností vybraného distribučního centra v České republice. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, tedy na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou nejprve vysvětleny základní pojmy logistiky, respektive distribuční logistiky, dále jsou popsány procesy probíhající v distribučních centrech. Mezi hlavní procesy řadíme příjem zboží, skladování, výdej zboží a činnosti s přidanou hodnotou. V praktické části jsou v první řadě detailně analyzovány činnosti konkrétního distribučního centra, dále popsány nejčastější chyby v procesu distribuce a na závěr jsou navržena opatření pro snížení chybovosti a zvýšení efektivity distribučního centra.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the diploma thesis is Activities of a Distribution Center, which deals with analyzing the activities of a selected distribution center in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part firstly explains the basic concepts of logistics, distribution logistics, and then the ongoing processes in the distribution centers are further described. The main processes include inbound process, storage, outbound process and value-added activities. First of all, in the practical part, the activities of a specific distribution center are analyzed in detail, then weak points are identified and finally, measures are proposed to reduce the error rate and increase the efficiency of the distribution center.en
