| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nástupnictví. To je pro většinu rodinných podniků klíčovým momentem, pokud chtějí dodržet rodinnou tradici. Nejprve tato práce seznamuje se základními pojmy, jako jsou podnik, podnikatel, rodinný podnik, rodinné podnikání a nástupnictví. Druhou částí jsou konkrétně malé a střední podniky, jejich výhody, nevýhody a hospodářský význam. Pomocí strukturovaných rozhovorů v konkrétním podniku je zjištěn momentální stav zaměstnanců a jejich připravenost na proces generační výměny. Tyto poznatky jsou porovnány s podklady v teoretické části práce. Poté jsou navrženy rady pro bezproblémové nástupnictví. Závěrem práce je vymyšlený desetiletý plán nástupnictví. V něm jsou sepsány kurzy, semináře a besedy, které přispějí k připravenosti nástupce a zakladatele podniku. Nástupce má poté možnost postupně přebírat odpovědnost ve firmě a v konečné fázi společnost zcela převzít. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis refers to the problematic of succession in family businesses. This is the key to most family businesses if they want to live up to their family tradition. First, the bachelor thesis introduces the basic concepts such as business, entrepreneur, family business, and succession. The second part of the thesis is focused on small and medium-sized companies, their advantages, disadvantages and economic importance. Using structured interviews in a particular company, the current status of employees and their readiness for the generational exchange process are identified. These findings are compared with the theoretical part of the thesis.After that, recommendations are suggested for a seamless succession. The conlusion of the thesis is a ten-year succession plan. The final part describes courses, seminars and conferences that will contribute to the readiness of the successor and founder of the company. The successor then has the opportunity to gradually take over responsibility in the company and ultimately take over the company. | en |
