dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem rozsudku a předmětu řízení v občanském právu procesním. Práce se nejprve zabývá rozsudkem a předmětem řízení jako jednotlivými instituty a poté soustřeďuje pozornost na tato témata především v řízení sporném, ale také v řízení nesporném. Cílem diplomové práce je vysvětlit základní pojmy této problematiky. Práce vychází především z odborné literatury, odborných článků a nadále z judikatury soudů České republiky. Diplomová práce postupuje rozborem od obecného popisu tématu k specifičtějšímu. Práce je členěna do několika kapitol a podkapitol.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis focuses on the topic of judgment and the subject of proceedings in civil procedural law. The thesis first examines the judgment and the subject matter of proceedings as individual legal institutes and subsequently concentrates on these topics primarily within contentious proceedings, but also within non-contentious proceedings. The aim of the thesis is to explain the fundamental concepts related to this area. The work is based mainly on scholarly literature, academic articles, and relevant case law of the courts of the Czech Republic. The structure of the thesis follows an analytical approach, moving from a general description of the topic toward more specific aspects. The thesis is divided into several chapters and subchapters.en
