| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce byla analýza faktorů ovlivňující integraci cizinců z pohledu jich samých a sociálních pracovníků pracujících v pomáhající profesi v daných zařízeních. Teoretická část se věnovala vysvětlení samotných pojmů migrace a jejich příčin, majority a způsoby adaptace cizinců, především sociální integraci. V jedné kapitole jsem vytvořila průřez zákony a legislativou ČR a představila jsem Koncepci integrace cizinců. Na závěr teoretické části jsem představila organizace pomáhající cizincům na území města Plzně včetně dvou organizací, kde probíhal výzkum. V praktické části bylo účelem odpověď na výzkumnou otázku ?Zjistit s jakými integračními problémy a nedostatky se sociální pracovníci a cizinci potýkají v daných zařízeních a jaká řešení navrhují?? Výzkum byl realizován pomocí rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky a jejími klienty ve dvou organizacích, jimiž bylo OPU a CPIC. Výzkumná data byla doplněna analýzou dokumentů, kde jsem zjišťovala počty cizinců a jejich národnost ve zmíněných dvou organizacích. Popsala jsem působení v daných dvou organizacích v Plzni. Pro dokreslení popisovaného jevu a k jeho hlubšímu poznání jsem uvedla pět kazuistik. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this thesis was to analyze factors which influenced the integration of the foreigners from their own point of view and social workers working as helping profession in these organizations. The theoretical part was concentrated on the explanations of the terms itself and its cause, majority and the way of adaption of foreigners, mainly their social integration. In an one part I created the overview of laws and legislature in the Czech Republic and I introduced Conception of integration of foreigners. At the end of theoretical part I was concentrated on the organizations which help foreigners in Plzen, including the two organizations, where the research was done. In the practical part the main aim of the study was to answer the question ?Find out with which problems and the lack of integration social workers and foreigners deal with in these organizations and which solutions they suggest?? The research was done by interviewing social workers and their clients in these two organizations, OPU and CPIC. The research was completed by analysis of the documents, where I was founding out the numbers of foreigners and their nationality in these two previously mentioned organizations. I described the time I had spent in these two organizations in Plzen. For the better understanding of the described topic I included five casuistries. | en |
