dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce pojednává o organizaci a činnosti služby dopravní policie. V první kapitole stručně pojednává o veřejném sboru Policie ČR. Práce dále charakterizuje službu dopravní policie a popisuje její historický vývoj, také se zabývá její organizací a jejími jednotlivými organizačními články. Poté seznamuje s jejími pravomocemi, jež jí svěřuje zákon č. 273/2008 Sb., o Policii ČR a zákon č. 361/2000 Sb., o silničním provozu. Následně přiřazuje jednotlivé činnosti této služby ke konkrétním funkcím. Nakonec se práce věnuje vybraným činnostem a zajímavostem služby dopravní policie, které jsou zakončeny řízeným rozhovorem. Závěr práce se zabývá možnostmi zlepšení činnosti této služby.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is about the organization and activities of the Traffic Police Service. The first chapter briefly discusses the public force of the Police of the Czech Republic. The thesis further characterizes the Traffic Police Service and describes its historical development, also deals with its organization and its individual organizational departments. The thesis then presents its powers entrusted to its by the Act No. 273/2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech republic and by Act No. 361/2000 Coll., on the Road Traffic. It then assigns the different activities of this service to specific functions. Finally, the thesis is devoted to selected activities and interesting aspects of the Traffic Police Service, which are concluded with an interview. The conclusion of the thesis looks at the possibilities of improving the activity of the Traffic Police Service.en
