dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou skončení agenturního zaměstnávání v právním řádu České republiky. Práce analyzuje právní úpravu, vymezuje typické spory mezi agenturami práce, uživateli a agenturními zaměstnanci a srovnává situaci v České republice s vybranou zahraničními právní úpravou. Cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní pohled na právní aspekty skončení agenturního zaměstnávání a identifikovat klíčové problémy v této oblasti. Práce využívá metody analýzy legislativy, judikatury a odborné literatury.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the issue of termination of agency employment in the legal system of the Czech Republic. The thesis analyses the legislation, defines typical disputes between employment agencies, users and agency workers and compares the situation in the Czech Republic with selected foreign legislation. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of the legal aspects of the termination of agency employment and to identify the key problems in this area. The thesis uses methods of analysis of legislation, case law and literature.en
