dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce pojednává o marketingové strategie společnosti ADP Employer Services Česká republika, a. s., která působí v oblasti personálních a mzdových služeb v České republice. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakou marketingovou strategie tato firma používá a zda je tato forma efektivní. Vedlejším cílem je formulování tipů, jak upravit či inovovat stávající marketingovou strategii. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmem marketing, jeho nástroji, analýzou marketingového prostředí a marketingovou strategií. Praktická část je zaměřena na základní informace o firmě ADP Employer Services Česká republika a o její mateřské společnosti ADP Inc. Dále obsahuje analýzu SWOT, která je založena na expertním rozhovoru, na informacích z internetových stránek a na hodnocení jak zaměstnanců, tak zákazníků. V praktické části se nachází rovněž hodnocení dvou osob, které tuto firmu navštívily, hodnocení zákazníků a zaměstnanců firmy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the company ADP Employer Services Česká republika, a. s., which operates in the field of human resources and payroll services in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to find out what marketing strategy this company uses and whether this form is effective. A secondary purpose is to formulate tips on how to modify or innovate the current marketing strategy. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part covers the term Marketing, its instruments, analysis of the marketing environment and marketing strategy. The practical part focuses on basic information about ADP Employer Services Czech Republic and its parent company ADP Inc. It also includes a SWOT analysis based on expert interviews, information from the website and reviews of employees and customers. In the practical part there are also the evaluations of two people who visited the company and the ratings of customers and employees of the company.en
