V teoretické části se práce zabývá tímto tématem všeobecně, zahrnuje jeho historii a nepostradatelné prvky, které by v projektu neměly chybět. V praktické části je popsána realizace konceptu v jednotlivých městech České republiky a také ve světě. Součástí práce je i sociologický průzkum, který se věnuje názorům obyvatelstva na parkovací systém v Plzni. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení a návrhy ke zlepšení a změnám městkého parkovacího systému. | cs |

In the theoretical part, the work deals with this topic in general, including its history and indispensable elements that should not be missed in the project. The practical part describes the implementation of the concept in individual cities of the Czech Republic and also in the world. Part of the work is a sociological survey devoted to the views of the population on the parking system in Pilsen.
