dc.description.abstractPředmětem diplomové práce "Daňové trestné činy" je seznámení se s problematikou daňové trestné činnosti. První část je zaměřena na popis vybraných pojmů z oblasti daňového práva, následuje popis vývoje této oblasti po roce 1990 do současnosti a popis vybraných trestných činů daňových. V druhé části charakterizuji specifika prověřování a dokazování trestné u těchto trestných činů, následuje porovnání se zákonnou úpravou ve Spolkové republice Německo a Slovenské republice, kdy v závěru je poukazováno v jakém poměru se daňové trestné činy podílí na celkové kriminalitě a podílu na škodách touto vzniklou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject matter of the master thesis "Tax offences" is to familiarize with the issue of the tax offences. The first part deals with the description of the selected concepts from the tax law branch, thereafter the description of the development at this area after 1990 till the present day and also the description of the selected tax offences. In the second part I describe the specifics of checking out and proving of these offences, thereafter the comparison with the legislation of Germany and Slovakia. At the end there is referred to the proportion of the tax offences to the total number of the offences and the proportion focusing on the caused damage.en
