dc.description.abstractV úvodní části bakalářské práce definuji význam pojmu památka. Rozlišuji různé typy památek. Následně popisuji zákonnou úpravu památkové péče v České republice. Následující části se zabývají jednotlivými nástroji ochrany kulturních památek dle současné platné legislativy. Praktická část práce začíná charakteristikou regionu Tachov. V práci popisuji spolky pro obnovu a záchranu památek. Pro představu jsem vybrala několik příkladů obnovy sakrálních památek na Tachovsku. Součástí práce je také zhodnocení překážek záchrany a příklady využití náboženských památek v současnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the introduction part of the thesis, I define the meaning of the term monument. I draw a distinction between different types of monuments. Thereafter, I describe the legal framework of cultural heritage protection in the Czech Republic. The following parts deal with particular instruments for protection of cultural monuments in accordance with contemporary legislation. The practical part of the thesis begins with the characteristics of the Tachov region. In the thesis, I write about different associations and describe their aim to restore and save monuments. For instance I chose a few examples of sacral restoration monuments in Tachov region. The thesis also includes evaluation of obstacles of rescue and examples of the use of religious monuments in the present day.en
