dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřená na projekt a jeho komunikační strategie. První část bakalářské práce se zabývá teoretickým základem dané problematiky. Stručně je vysvětlena oblast projektového managementu a následně se práce zaměřuje na základní charakteristiku projektu, projektového týmu a dalších zúčastněných osob. Teorie komunikace popisuje základní pojmy a následně je rozdělena na externí a interní komunikaci podniku. V druhé části práce je teoretický základ aplikován do praxe, konkrétně na projekt Mobilní virtuální operátor společnosti ČEZ, a. s. V praktické části je stručně představena společnost a projekt. Následně se práce zabývá organizační strukturou projektu, dalších zúčastněných osob a komunikačním plánem. V závěru práce je přiloženo dotazníkové šetření na téma hodnocení typů a frekvence komunikace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented bachelor thesis is focused on a project and its communication strategy. The first part of the thesis is focused on a theoretical basis of this issue. It briefly explains the field of a project management and afterwards it focuses on a fundamental characteristic of a project, project team and other people involved. The theory of a communication describes fundamental terms, and then it is divided to an external and internal communication in a company. In the second part of the thesis, the theoretical base is applied to practice, specifically to a project of a Mobile virtual operator of ČEZ, a. s. company. The practical part contains a brief presentation of the company and the project. Afterwards the thesis deals with an organizational structure of the project, other people involved and the communication plan. A questionnaire survey on the topic of an evaluation of the types and frequency of the communication is attached to the last part of the thesis.en
