dc.description.abstractTématem předložené práce je analýza konkurenceschopnosti stavebního podniku eSVe Stav s.r.o. v odvětví zateplování a revitalizací budov, prostřednictvím Porterovy analýzy pěti sil. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmu konkurenceschopnost a metod používaných pro hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti podniků. V části praktické je popsána vybraná stavební společnost a následně je provedena Porterova analýza a predikce odvětví. V závěru jsou navrženy vhodné opatření pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti, které by podnik v budoucnosti mohl uplatnit.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main topic of my work is the analysis of the competitiveness of the eSVe Stav, s.r.o. construction company focused on the branch of thermal insulation and the revitalization of buildings. The analysis will be done using Porter's five forces. The work is divided in two parts - theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part explains the competitiveness itself and the methods commonly used to rate it. The practical part first describes the selected construction company and then applies Porter's analysis of branch prediction. The final part proposes the recommendations leading to improve the company's competitiveness. These recommendations could be applied one day.en
