Spojka i když v mluvené češtině

Abstract

Tato studie se zaměřuje na spojku i když a její užití v mluvené češtině, se zvláštním důrazem na její formální a funkční charakteristiky. Využívá korpus Oral v1, který poskytuje reprezentativní vzorek současné mluvené češtiny, a v rámci konstrukční gramatiky analyzuje jak frekvenci, tak distribuci spojky i když v přirozeném diskurzu. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována fenoménu rektifikace, tedy specifickému užití této spojky, které dosud nebylo v české lingvistice systematicky popsáno. Zjištění zaplňují mezeru v dosavadních gramatických popisech a přinášejí nové poznatky o přípustkových konstrukcích a jejich roli v argumentaci. Studie rovněž načrtává možné aplikace při širší analýze mluveného jazyka.

This study focuses on the conjunction i když and its usage in spoken Czech, with an emphasis on its formal and functional characteristics. Utilizing the corpus Oral v1, which provides a representative sample of contemporary spoken Czech, the research applies the framework of construction grammar to analyze both the frequency and distribution of i když in natural discourse. Special attention is given to the phenomenon of rectification, a specific use of the conjunction that has not been systematically described in Czech linguistics. The findings fill a gap in the existing grammatical descriptions, offering new insights into concessive constructions and their role in argumentation. The study also outlines potential applications in broader analysis of spoken language.
