dc.description.abstractCílem práce bylo upozornit na zdraví, jako na nejvýznamnější hodnotu člověka a v souvislosti s touto hodnotou poukázat na determinanty ovlivňující zdraví. Teoretická část jednotlivé determinanty vysvětlila a v závěru upozornila na faktor nejvýznamnější, na člověka samotného. To on ovlivňuje stav ovzduší, které dýchá, kvalitu vody, kterou pije, kvalitu potravy, kterou konzumuje. Člověk je ten, kdo je odpovědný nejen za stav svého zdraví, ale i za stav rostlinné a živočišné říše v moderní civilizaci. V praktické části se pokusila upozornit na důležitost výchovy ke zdraví v primárním vzdělávání a zviditelnit rizikové prvky životního stylu mladé generace. Těmi jsou nedostatek pohybu, nedostatečná spánková hygiena, nevhodně trávený volný čas u TV, PC.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this thesis is to point out human health as the most important human value and at the same time to highlight the factors affecting health. The particular factors, including the most important factor human itself, were described in the theoretical part. It is the humans who affect the environment quality such as the air they breathe, the water they drink and the food they eat. The people are the ones who are responsible not only for the state of their health but also for the state of the plant and animal kingdom in the modern world. In the practical part, the thesis addresses the importance of the health education in the primary education system. The practical part also highlights the risk factors of the young generation life style such as a lack of physical activity, a lack of sleep hygiene or time spent at the TV or PC.en
