dc.description.abstractÚkolem této bakalářské práce je charakterizovat a analyzovat proces nákupu a prodeje ve vybraném podniku, definovat hlavní problémy v těchto oblastech a navrhnout možná zlepšení. V první kapitole je popsán podnik OSIFORME s r.o., jeho stručná historie a hospodářské výsledky. V následujících dvou kapitolách jsou rozebírány jednotlivé oblasti nákup a prodej. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou analyzovány hlavní problémy v oblasti nákupu a prodeje a navržena možná opatření na zlepšení. V závěru práce je shrnutí získaných poznatků z praktické i teoretické části a návrhů na vylepšení v oblasti nákupu, prodeje v podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe role of this Bachelor thesis is to characterize and analyse the process of purchase and sal in the selected company, define the main problems in these areas and to propose possible improvements. In the first chapter is described OSIFORME. s r.o., its brief history and economic results. In the following two chapters are analysed each area the purchase and sale. In the fourth chapter are analysed the main problems in the area of the purchase and sale and proposed possible measures for improvement. At the conclusion of the work is a summary of lessons learned from practical and theoretical part and proposals for improvements in the area of the purchase, sale and cooperation in the company.en
