| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti franchisora kontrolovat jednotlivé franchisy v dodržování smluvené úrovně poskytovaných služeb a podnikových směrnic. Na základě provedené analýzy současné situace ve společnosti The PUB Franchising, s.r.o., je v praktické části vypracován návrh na zlepšení stávajícího kontrolního systému. Výstupem práce je detailně rozpracovaný postup provádění, zpracovávání i vyhodnocení souboru tajných kontrol, který je dále aplikován na modelovou situaci. | cs |
