| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodařením územně samosprávných celků s ohledem na právní úpravu zajištující efektivní hospodárnost. Jsou zde představeny samosprávné celky a udělán exkurz do vývoje ekonomické samostatnosti. Dále jejich rozpočty a obsah zahrnující příjmy a výdaje a na konec popsána kontrola hospodaření. Součástí práce je i představení aktuální finanční situace obcí a krajů a vývoj jejich dluhů. | cs |
