dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na strategickou analýzu společnosti Officeo, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První teoretická část se zabývá rozborem použité literatury. Skládá se z popisu základních pojmů vztahujících se k tématu, metod i postupů strategického řízení. Praktická část se zaměřuje na aplikaci získaných poznatků do reálného podniku. Skládá se z charakteristiky společnosti, provedených strategických analýz, tvorby strategického plánu, finančního plánu a analýzy rizik. Nakonec práce navrhuje strategie, kterými by se společnost měla řídit pro dosažení svých strategických cílů. Konkrétně se jedná o strategii tržní penetrace a strategii vývoje produktu. Informace využité pro tvorbu diplomové práce byly získány z odborné literatury, databází, interních dokumentů podniku a z osobní komunikace v podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master´s thesis is focused on the strategic analysis of the company Officeo, s.r.o. The work is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part deals with the analysis of the used literature. It consists of a description of basic concepts related to the topic, methods and procedures of strategic management. The practical part focuses on the application of acquired knowledge to a real company. It consists of the company's characteristics, performed strategic analyzes, creation of a strategic plan, financial plan and risk analysis. In the end, the work proposes strategies that the company should follow to achieve its strategic goals. Specifically, it is a market penetration strategy and a product development strategy. The information used for the outcome of the thesis was obtained from professional literature, databases, internal documents of the company and from personal communication within the company.en
